See the reasons Boarding School is Good for Your Child

Are you caught between deciding whether or not to send your ward to a boarding school?  Unarguably, you are one of the parents searching for a learning environment which looks after not just their children’s academic welfare,

but also all-around development that is holistic and inclusive - one that promotes independent learning, critical thinking, ethical principle, effective communication and life skills that guarantee resilience, resourcefulness and social confidence.  As parents, we know that doing this in the face of distractions can be a challenge, particularly when both parents work.

Premiere Academy as a co-educational and full Boarding School has succeeded with her Boarding School programmes over the years. This is basically as a result of the peace and satisfaction parents derive from the totality of her Boarding School activities. As best as we can, we invest time and resources on:
Creating an all-round learning environment.
Our Boarding School programmes are tailored towards preparing students for their future careers to be productive and responsible global citizens. This gives credence to the unique setting of our Boarding School that promotes leadership as a life skill.  The School environment helps students develop the responsibility of keeping a schedule, attending essential activities and having a sense of self-awareness and expectation. All of these are reinforced by the fact that our teaching staff make themselves available for extra study, coaching and mentoring at all times.
Developing Potential
The academic environment gives students ample opportunities to explore their interests with fewer distractions. This enables them to fully discover their talents, strengths and skills in arts, sports, music, robotics etc.
Gain independence
Students are required to navigate through planned activities, where they get up in the morning, manage their time and budget, choose what activities to partake in, do their laundry and chores independently. Also, they gain the experience to build exceptional moral character and the vital opportunity for learning how to become disciplined and self-sufficient individuals. With this, students learn the importance of taking responsibility for their actions and gain essentially independent living skills.
The Sense of Community and Personal Growth
Premiere Academy’s Boarding System offers the opportunity for students to foster a healthy, intense relationship and connections with their peers and teachers. Interestingly, the outlook of teachers at our Boarding Schools regarding their position isn't that of a job, but more of a vocation. It is where they become important role models in each of their students' lives. They work with students, share meals, and are not only concerned about their academics but also, they make sure they are doing amazingly well in other areas in the school.
Here's why you should choose us.
Our Boarding School is a great place to learn. Our students don't just get into college; they arrive prepared to succeed and to develop the ability to manage their own lives. It is structured not only for personal and educational growth and development but also as a precursor of knowledge to life-after-school.

Concerning peaceful coexistence, the School Board along with the Management operates a zero-tolerance for bullying; serious incidents of negative behaviours are strongly frowned at and recorded in a “Discipline Register”, where indiscipline attracts suspension or expulsion. The School shall follow the guidelines as outlined by the School’s Disciplinary Committee and the Students’ Handbook, while rewards are given to those that have shown a positive behavioural change.

We know that your child’s educational success and personal wellbeing are important to you. We want to assure you that their safety and security are tremendously important to us as well. This is why the Pastoral Care Team provides an empathetic atmosphere for all students.
