AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Premiere Academy prides itself in being one of the best secondary schools in Abuja because of the numerous successes and achievements we have recorded in raising elite secondary school talents. The following are some of our successes:

  1. Premiere Academy has constantly recorded over 70% distinction grades across all the subjects in WAEC examinations for the past five years.
  2. By WAEC ranking, we are 15th of all high schools in Nigeria. In FCT, we are in second position; a further proof of our prime spot amongst the best secondary schools in Abuja.
  3. Over 25% of our students receive scholarships every year into the American, Canadian, German, French and the Australian Universities. Some of the scholarships are 100%.
  4. Past students from our secondary school excel in different universities across the globe to the extent that different Universities overseas are seeking partnerships with us in admitting our students.
  5. We are the current champions at NISSMUN (Nigeria Secondary Schools Model for United Nations) We have held this record for the past 4 years.
  6. We emerged as the third best high school in NECO examinations in 2014. One of our students was ranked third in SSCE NECO Examinations.
  7. We emerged first in Chemistry and second in physics at Olympiad of Mathematics & Sciences at the national level.
  8. We emerged third in the UBA National Essay Competition for high school students.
  9. We ranked third in Bishop Okonkwo National Essay Competition.
  10. We recorded the Second Best Score in UTME (JAMB) in 2015.
  11. Our students also get scholarships into the U.S Universities through basketball competitions.



Our Objective

Every child that passes through this high school must become an effective communicator, a critical thinker, an independent learner, an achiever, an ethical individual and a world class citizen.

Career Paths

In positioning ourselves as one of the best Secondary Schools in Abuja we designed four career paths for students in Premiere Academy Abuja namely: 

-The Core Sciences
-The Science/Technical
-The Business/Social Sciences
-Liberal Arts.

Each classroom is purpose-built, particularly for students in the senior classes; hence students learn with cutting edge technology in their various classes.
