Executive Director Positions

Premiere Academy is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our leadership team in the capacity of Executive Directors. As Executive Directors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative functions within our esteemed institution. We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Principal:

Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain high academic standards and promote student success.
Provide instructional leadership and support to faculty and staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that prioritizes student well-being and engagement.
Serve as the primary liaison between the school and external stakeholders, including parents, community members, and educational organizations.

Vice Principal:

Assist the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school.
Collaborate with department heads and faculty to develop and implement curriculum standards.
Coordinate student discipline and behavior management efforts.
Support the Principal in staff supervision, evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
Act as a resource for teachers, students, and parents regarding academic and administrative matters.

Pastoral/Boarding Director:

Oversee the pastoral care and boarding facilities of the school.
Create and implement programs to support the social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of boarding students.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the boarding facilities.
Provide leadership and guidance to boarding staff members.
Maintain open communication channels with boarding students and their families.

Admission/Enrollment Director:

Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.
Coordinate admissions processes and procedures, including application review and interviews.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the school and its programs.
Analyze enrollment data and trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.

Corporate Affairs/Communication and Branding Director:

Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the school's brand and reputation.
Manage internal and external communication channels, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
Coordinate public relations efforts and media relations activities.
Oversee the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and respond to feedback and inquiries from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business Administration, etc.).
Relevant licensure and certification may be required for specific roles.
Proven leadership experience in educational administration or related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Teaching
We invite applications from experienced, creative and talented teachers to join our team of dynamic and committed academic professionals.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

Establish a secure classroom atmosphere where high standards and an appropriate pace of work are set for children.
Identify clear teaching objectives, content, lesson structures and sequences appropriate to the subject matter and the pupils being taught.
Provide a stimulating and challenging environment.
Promote the school’s aims positively, and use effective strategies to monitor motivation and morale.
Establish and develop close relationships with parents and the community.
Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Work well as part of a team.
Excellent ICT skills – with the ability to use this in their professional position, and to support teaching and learning.
A degree or equivalent plus teaching qualification.
Relevant experience of teaching the National Curriculum of England.
B.Sc / B.Ed / QTS
Qualified Teacher
PGCE (PGDE Minimum)
Masters an advantage
Experience with British Curriculum
